Sumatera is the largest coconut producing island in Indonesia. We are proud to present to you our single-origin coconuts from Sumatera. Statistically in 2015, the Sumatera island alone produced roughly 937,000 Tons of coconuts!
Now that the coconuts have arrived at our factory, the baton has passed to us. We crack off the hard shells, deshell the soft shells, take the coconut water, and continue the process further in a closely observed area. This is where hygiene standard should be implemented. Luckily, certification bodies are there to get us prepared! (FSSC 22000, BRC, Kosher, and Halal)
